• Project management in petrochemical process plant retrofits, new mechanical or civil construction, and maintenance projects.
• Provide strategies to rescue projects that have got into trouble and need assessment and recovery plans and implementation.
• Oil and natural gas facility project and maintenance management
• Construction/site management of mechanical, electrical Instrumentation, and civil works including rotating equipment installation and maintenance; pressure piping of metal, non-metal, above and underground pipes; industrial facility construction (warehouses, infrastructure facilities)
• Qualitative design review and critique – fit for purpose, operational functionality, constructability, operations, maintenance, and safety concerns.
• Site inspection and daily work oversight
• Scope of work and contract specification preparation for tendering. Bid assessment.
• Training (including on-the-job training) of less experienced project managers, and technicians.
• Short-term labor supply (secondment) of very experienced management, engineering, technical, and other professionals.

We do not supply tradespeople at this time. Our work will typically be done on clients’ site facilities working with or without client personnel or virtually (from home bases) as required.
